Homemade Whipped Cream

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream or whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  • Place mixing bowl and mixer attachment(s) into freezer for at least 10 minutes.
  • Add cold cream, confectioners sugar and vanilla to mixing bowl.
  • Mix on high for 8-9 minutes. Be sure to watch for stiff peaks to form and cut mixer off as soon as you see them.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the frigde for up to 4 days.


*You can use heavy cream or whipping cream.
*If you want to pipe your whipped cream use heavy cream.
